  • Dispatch Time: All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 72 hours (3 business days) of order placement.

  • You will receive a notification email or SMS with your tracking details once your package has been handed over to our courier partners.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the efficiency of local courier services.

  • Domestic (India): Estimated delivery within 5 - 12 business days.

  • International: Estimated delivery within 7 - 28 business days.

Please note: While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to public holidays, weather conditions, or customs processing (for international orders).

3. Shipping Charges

4. International Shipping & Customs (Important)

We ship our seeds globally; however, regulations regarding agricultural products vary by country.

  • Import Restrictions: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the specific seeds or plants ordered are allowed for import into their country. Seedsville.in is not responsible for packages confiscated or destroyed by customs due to import restrictions. We recommend checking with your local Ministry of Agriculture before placing an order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on our courier partner’s website.

  • If you have not received a tracking number after 72 hours, please contact our support team.

6. Order Issues (Lost or Damaged)

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives significantly damaged, please take clear photos of the package and contents and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [Insert Support Email].

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, or if there is no movement for an extended period beyond our delivery estimates, please reach out to us so we can file a claim with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct (including Pin/Zip Code and Phone Number). Seedsville.in is not responsible for orders lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
